Prior to the matriarch’s confirmation, Jam’s fiancée Paolinne Michelle “Mich” Liggayu was updating fans about the situation via successive tweets.
“He will no longer suffer.  Let’s pray he finds a lot of love and peace in heaven. Angels of God, embrace Jam. Protect him. Lead him. God. We love you Jam.”
She then posted, “Lord, we surrender.”
Seemingly addressing her boyfriend, she added, “Thank you for everything… No words can explain. Until we meet again…”
The hashtags “RIP Jam” and “#Jamich” are trending topics on Twitter as of this writing, with fans expressing their condolences to the couple and their families.
Sebastian battled stage 4 lung cancer for almost a year. He has been confined at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City, and was placed under life support on Feb. 26.
Days prior, his celebrity idols came to visit him including comedian-TV host Vice Ganda, Jhong Hilario, Kris Aquino, and most recently, basketball player Jimmy Alapag. Boxing champ Manny Pacquiao sent him a video message before he left for the US in preparation for his upcoming fight against Floyd Mayweather.
Jamich rose to fame in 2011 with their music video “By Chance” amassing 7.8 million views.
